Hello, I'm Ewa
I'm a coach, trainer, facilitator, and instructional designer. For fifteen years I've been supporting growth through learning design and non-directive coaching — working alongside people who are stepping into new identities, redefining their roles, and finding clarity where they had lost it.
I work in both English and Polish, with clients across Canada and Poland. My practice is grounded in positive psychology, strengths-based research, and self-determination theory — which in practice means we always start with who you are, not who you think you should be.
View my LinkedInI don't hand you answers — I hold space for you to find them. My coaching is non-directive, which means you stay in the driver's seat. I walk alongside you as you untangle what's been holding you back, reconnect with what matters, and begin to move — in your own direction, at your own pace, on your own terms.
How We Work Together
There's a structure to how we work — not because change is linear, but because having a shape to lean into makes the uncertain feel more navigable. Each of these four pillars does something different, and together they build a path that's entirely yours.
We begin by slowing down long enough to ask what you actually want — not what you think you should want. Your values, your needs, and the life you are quietly reaching toward become the foundation everything else is built on.
Before we can move forward, we look honestly at what's been keeping you here. The beliefs, stories, and patterns beneath the surface — we name them, examine them, and decide together which ones still deserve to stay.
With a clearer picture of where you want to go and what's been in the way, you design the steps. Practical, realistic, and built entirely around your actual strengths — not an imagined version of yourself that already has it all figured out.
You put the plan into motion, and I walk beside you. Honest reflection, steady support, and the kind of accountability that feels like care — so that when things shift, as they always do, you have somewhere to recalibrate from.
Areas of Work
Most people arrive carrying more than one of these at once — a career question tangled with an identity shift, a caring role sitting on top of exhaustion sitting on top of something nameless. If you see yourself in more than one, you're in the right place.

For those who spend the whole year pouring into everyone else and arrive at summer running on fumes. This is a workbook for the quiet moments — six gentle pauses designed to help you slow down, reclaim what's yours, and find your way back to yourself before the season ends.
My Approach
I draw on the science of wellbeing, strengths, and human motivation — not as a formula to follow, but as a map to navigate by. The research gives us direction. You decide where we go.
We move toward what you want, not away from what went wrong. Your strengths aren't decoration — they are the actual engine of change, and everything we do is built around them.
There's real science behind it. Research shows that chewing gum reduces cortisol, sharpens focus, and creates a state of calm alertness — the exact mental space where reflection and good decision-making become possible. That state is what this work is designed to reach: relaxed enough to think honestly, present enough to act.

(2009), Physiology & Behavior — chewing gum alleviates negative mood and reduces cortisol during acute stress; Smith (2010), Nutritional Neuroscience — effects of chewing gum on cognitive function and mood; Hirano et al. Let's Connect
For those who are curious but not yet sure — this first conversation is simply a chance to meet. We talk about where you are, what you're carrying, and whether working together feels like the right next step. There's no pitch and no pressure. Just an honest conversation to see if we're a good fit.
