The four pillars of my coaching: Vision, Awareness, Strategy, and Action

What do you want, who do you want to be and what experiences do you want to have?

We work through what’s important to you in different areas of your life. We revisit your values system and evaluate it. You create a vision for life or an area of life, acknowledging your needs and beliefs in order to feel fulfilled and authentic self. I help you with this process through questioning and reflection, guiding you and making sure you set your actions in realistic frames. 

 

What are the limiting perspectives, unhelpful beliefs and disempowering voices?

We challenge the status quo to help you reach your vision of life. You have to understand what’s holding you back in order to move forward. I guide you through this process of making an inventory of your talents, strengths and how these align with your vision of life in order to develop better strategies for moving forward.

 

What would have to happen for you to get from where you are to where you want to be?

You design practical, realistic and exciting action plans focusing on the process. You decide on steps you need and want to take and I help you through non-directive guidance, reflection and questioning different perspectives.

 

I support you in the change and adapting to the new identity and new environments.

You put in place all the action steps you created for yourself and I support you through this journey as coach and guide, providing ongoing motivation while prompting you to evaluate and improve the process.

I practice non-directive coaching to help you take a step back and reflect on your challenges, needs and create future plans. 
 
I walk with you while you identify solutions to move forward. We step into an empowering coaching relationship as I want you to feel truly in charge of your life - I believe this is crucial when searching for tangible outcomes.

I support you through your desired transition with a solution focused approach. In my work, I use principles of positive psychology to guide you in a desired direction. Through goal focused coaching and your strengths I support you in this change focusing on your preferred outcomes instead of past challenges and deficiencies.

about me

  1. My name is Ewa and for over 10 years I have been utilizing my passion for lifelong learning in a variety of roles: as a trainer, coach, facilitator and instructional designer.

  2. I am a wife, mom and I love spending time with my family outdoors, whether walking the dog, exploring local places or sitting by the fire at a campsite.

  3. I love building with Lego! In my collection you'll find Master Yoda, R2D2, variety of plants and flowers or The Starry Night. Most of them you'll be able to see during our coaching calls as they all decorate my surroundings.
